EspressTechs offers two maintenance plans based on your shop’s volume and needs:

  • Basic Maintenance (Every 5 Months) – Focused preventive care that keeps your espresso machines, grinders, ice machines, and water filtration systems working reliably between major services.

  • Full Maintenance (Every 10 Months) – A comprehensive system overhaul that rebuilds and replaces key components to ensure long-term performance and safety.

Each plan is tailored to your business schedule, helping you avoid downtime and costly repairs.

Basic Maintenance (5-Month Interval)

  • Replace gaskets and screens

  • Clean portafilter spouts, baskets, and springs

  • Replace water filter

  • Replace and clean grinder burrs

  • Check steam valves for leaks

  • Verify pump and steam pressure

  • Note any leaks or items that need attention before next service

Full Maintenance (10-Month Interval)

  • Includes all Basic Maintenance items

  • Rebuild steam valves

  • Clean level probe and tube to pressure stat

  • Replace pressure stat, contactor, and safety valves

  • Repair or replace leaky tubes

  • Ensure drain flow and pump pressure are correct
